Team Mission statement:


Founded in 1998, the CSU Police Running Team strives to promote and encourage lifetime fitness through distance running and cross-training at all levels.  The Team includes both sworn and non-sworn CSU Police Department employee’s statewide.  Working in tandem with Team volunteers, we hope to use our passion for running to build friendships, provide encouragement, and improve ourselves with no regard to age, cultural differences, gender, race, pace or experience.  Our goal is to learn and grow through our shared knowledge, and to leave no runner behind.  The CSU Police Running Team takes pride in bringing people together and is committed to their overall health and well-being.  We shall challenge ourselves and others to stay physically and mentally fit resulting in “A Healthy Brotherhood and Sisterhood.”
